One of the largest producers of paving slabs will become a resident of the Special Economic Zone "Novosibirsk."

The corresponding agreement was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum by the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, Andrey Travnikov, the General Director of LLC "Severny Park Development," Alexander Nizovskikh, and the General Director of LLC "Porevit Paving Slab Plant, Tyumen," Maxim Peredreev.

The agreement provides for the implementation of an investment project within the territory of the newly established SEZ. The declared investment volume is 1.97 billion rubles. According to preliminary estimates, tax revenues from the company's operations over the first 10 years will exceed 1.8 billion rubles across various levels of government budgets. The plant will create 137 jobs.

The product range of the plant will include more than 100 types of paving slabs, curbstones, and landscape elements. The enterprise plans to produce over 900,000 square meters of paving slabs annually.
