The SEZ hosted reps from three leading Chinese firms producing building finishing materials—aluminum cladding facades and interior setups

Initially, it is planned to create 669 jobs. In the future, around 20 residents will be able to operate on the territory covering 406 hectares.

The corresponding certificate was ceremoniously issued on March 11, 2025, by its director Mikhail Labudin, just a few days after the Prime Minister signed the resolution on the creation of the SEZ.

The Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin, signed the documents for the establishment of the SEZ, officially marking its commencement.

The corresponding agreement was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum by the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, Andrey Travnikov, the General Director of LLC "Severny Park Development," Alexander Nizovskikh, and the General Director of LLC "Porevit Paving Slab Plant, Tyumen," Maxim Peredreev.

Alexander Nizovskikh participated in a session discussing the development of free economic zones, industrial parks, and other preferential regimes in the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
